Immerse yourself in the intricate and soothing practice of Heraldic and Illumination art and calligraphy. Over the course of a week, learn the specialist skills needed to create a finished piece, combining both theory and practical instruction. This process enhances focus, mindfulness, and relaxation, allowing attendees to gain confidence, spark creativity, and feel accomplished. Under the expert guidance of Gerald Mynott, a Reigate School of Art graduate with an illustrious career, students will enjoy a supportive and enriching experience. Join us for his 4th Summer School at Claridge House for an inspiring and fulfilling journey.

This course is for all levels. 

– Beginners will need to choose an area of specialisation, either Calligraphy or Heraldic Art.

– Intermediate students choose between Heraldic Art, Calligraphy or Illumination.
