Spring Equinox Celebration with Laura Davis March 2025

Laura is an outdoor therapist and EcoNidra (guided nature meditation) teacher. Her passion is connecting people to themselves, nature and each other. As well as outdoor therapy and nature connection sessions, she offers workshops, groups and solar event celebrations.  As someone who follows the solar calendar, she is excited to bring her rituals and practices to help people re-connect and benefit from the offerings of the season.

Come and join us on the day of the Spring Equinox, where we will come together and celebrate the festival of awakening and rebirth. We will reflect on the theme of balance in our lives, plant our intentions to grow roots and flower as Spring takes its hold and we will end with a beautiful EcoNidra guided meditation that will deepen our connection with nature, and nurture us as we begin our journey of growth. There will also be a small craft activity.  As this celebration has its roots in nature, we will try to spend as much time as possible outside around the fire pit as part of the celebration, but if the weather is not on our side we will enjoy the cosy tranquility of Claridge House.
