Our Claridge House housekeepers are an integral part of the running of the retreat centre.

Our housekeeper/general assistants must be people oriented and offer a kindly presence, enjoy physical activity and happy to maintain our high standards. No one day is the same, you’ll go from preparing continental breakfasts, turning around rooms, set up main rooms for courses, to serving lunch. This is a physically demanding position and you’ll be fit as a fiddle in no time.

Due to the nature of the retreat world, we require weekend availability when the majority of courses/retreats take place, but in rotation. We are prepared to work with the right candidate, as long as the needs of the house are met.

20 hours per week, 5 hour shifts, 4 shifts per week. Welcome to participate in the occasional course, when available.
