Introduction to Buddhism with Padmapriya – weekly Weds evenings from 3rd Sept for 6 weeks

The Wheel of Life – The first turning of the wheel
The wheel of life is a pictorial telling of Buddhadharma (the teaching of the Buddha). Working from the hub outwards, each week we will take a circuit of the wheel to see what it has to offer the modern life.
As pertinent today as it was 2500 years ago, Buddhadharma offers a way to explore your experience, gain insight into the human condition, and offer support as we change our world view, our lives in accordance with those insights.
Each week we will begin with a short period of meditation to help let go of the day and settle the mind. Following on we will begin our investigations of the wheel
Suitable for anyone with an enquiring mind who is looking to live a healthier, happier life, and to understand the human condition at a deeper level. Buddhism is about what you can prove, what is demonstrable in your own life, not what you believe. All you need is an open mind.
