An Introduction To Sound Healing and Vocal Tai Chi with Alistair Smith – Saturday 31st October 2026

With Alistair Smith

October 31, 2026

This day course will be an introduction and taster to what Alistair offers on his weekend retreats and will include:

  • An Introduction to Sound Healing
  • Deep Listening to Sound and Sensation
  • Vocal Tai Chi
  • Soundbath

Vocal Tai Chi is a way of working with the self through the relationship to one’s own voice. Connecting with the flow of energy in breath and body, Alistair will guide you through ways to engage and open your voice. Vocal Tai Chi is a highly intuitive embodied practice, welcoming all sounds as valuable parts of us to be witnessed and honoured. It truly is liberating and can open us up to new levels of truth, expression, authenticity, release, healing and integration.

A soundbath is like a guided meditation but with sounds. The evolving soundscape takes you on an inner journey, whilst the myriad vibrations help your body release tension.

If you’ve never experienced sound healing before, this day is for you.

This day course is the perfect way to have an introduction to Sound Healing and experience the vast knowledge that Alistair brings in this immersive and grounding day course.

Join us for lunch (pre-ordered, £15 per person) allowing Claridge House to support and nurture you with our nourishing food and warm hospitality.
