The week will be led by Lina Newstead. Lina is a Senior British Wheel of Yoga tutor and teaches:- The Diploma Course for teaching Yoga Yoga for Healthy Backs and Gentle Years Yoga. Lina also runs non-residential mindfulness courses at Claridge House.
