Lina has long ties to Claridge House and been practicing Yoga since 1975, gaining experience with Yoga teachers from different traditions. She has had extensive experience in teaching Yoga to seniors, adults, and to students with special needs such as MS and ME. She has been teaching Mindfulness with a unique slant from her experience of the Buddhist Tibetan and Yoga traditions, as well as Christian Mindfulness
