Over the weekend we’ll explore how the yoga practices can help calm a busy mind, soothe an activated nervous system and connect us with the ocean of peace which resides within.
We will use a combination of simple movement practices to allow for the free flow of energy throughout the body, nurturing breath awareness to quieten the mind, sound work to soothe the soul, deep relaxation (including Yoga Nidra) and quiet sitting (meditation) to help us move into stillness. Everything is invitational and you can do as little or as much as you like over the weekend.
Suitable for everyone who enjoys a gentle practice focusing more on subtle energetics, including those with energy issues such as ME/CFS/Long Covid, post viral fatigue or those who just enjoy going slowly.
