Come and practice gentle Yoga practices suitable for everyone.
Enjoy postures, breathing, deep relaxation and mindful meditation to benefit your life, allowing your body and mind to come back into balance.
The week will be led by Lina Newstead. Lina is a Senior British Wheel of Yoga tutor and teaches:- The Diploma Course for teaching Yoga Yoga for Healthy Backs and Gentle Years Yoga. Lina also runs non-residential mindfulness courses at Claridge House.
Rooms available from 3pm on Monday

Supper at 6.30pm
First session 7.45pm
Meals served in the Dinning Room
Retreat ends with Breakfast on Friday. Depart by 10am.
