Spring Equinox Celebration with Laura Davis

Come and join us on the Eve of the Spring Equinox, where we will come together and celebrate the festival of awakening and new beginnings.

We will reflect on the theme of balance in our lives and plant our intentions to grow roots and flower as Spring takes its hold. There will be a small craft activity and we will end with a beautiful EcoNidra guided meditation that will deepen our connection with nature and nurture us as we continue to move through the season.

As this celebration has its roots in nature, we will try to spend as much time as possible outside and around the fire pit as part of the celebration, but if the weather is not on our side we will enjoy the cosy tranquility of Claridge House.
