Yoga for a Peaceful Life with Leah Barnett – March 2026
£619.00
A 3-night yoga retreat Claridge House in the beautiful Spring season
Over the weekend, explore how yoga practices can calm a busy mind, soothe an agitated nervous system, and connect with the ocean of peace within.
We will explore simple, gentle movements to mobilise energy throughout the body, nurturing breathing practices to pacify the mind, sound work to soothe the soul, deep relaxation including Yoga Nidra, and quiet sitting or lying meditation to cultivate stillness.
Suitable for everyone who enjoys gentle yoga, including those with energy issues such as ME/CFS/Long Covid.’
The weekend will be led by Leah Barnett
Leah has been teaching yoga for almost 20 years after training in 2001 whilst working as a human rights lawyer. In 2011 she undertook further training in the Krishnamacharia tradition in the UK and India and qualified as an advanced teacher with the BWY (British Wheel of Yoga). Leah has been influenced by many well known yoga teachers including Donna Farhi, Mathew Sanford, Angela Farmer and Fiona Agombar. Her approach is very gentle and interpersonal, responding to the needs of the room, creating a space where there is full permission for each person to do whatever feels right for them.
