Fair dealings with guests, staff and suppliers, including prompt payment of suppliers and working with them to build up their businesses,
Swift resolution of any complaints,
Ethical sourcing of goods,
Working with social enterprise suppliers,
Development of staff – giving unqualified staff the opportunity to gain a qualification,
Paying at least the living wage and;
Holding a ratio between highest and lowest paid.
