  • In honouring these values to support individuals and look after our planet we trust that the house will have sufficient funds to maintain it into the future and continue to provide our much-needed services.

To that end, we aspire to the following:

  • Fair dealings with guests, staff and suppliers, including prompt payment of suppliers and working with them to build up their businesses,
  • Swift resolution of any complaints,
  • Ethical sourcing of goods,
  • Working with social enterprise suppliers,
  • Development of staff – giving unqualified staff the opportunity to gain a qualification,
  • Paying at least the living wage and;
  • Holding a ratio between highest and lowest paid.
