Our self-guided retreats offer a chance to turn inward and find rest from a busy life or stressful times. With a variety of activities available, you’ll have the support you need on your journey to inner peace and renewal.

Our property offers versatile spaces for you to tailor your retreat experience to your preferences. Each en-suite bedroom provides a private space for you to relax, while our lounges provide inviting seating for reading or journaling, whether bathed in summer sunlight or comforted by the warmth of the house.

With doors open to the garden in the warmer months, you can easily immerse yourself in nature, or during colder seasons, enjoy the beautiful views from the comfort of indoors. Venture further to explore the scenic countryside, no matter the weather. Throughout the day, our dining room serves comforting, home-cooked meals and baked goods.

For those seeking connection, we facilitate two daily quiet times at 9.45am and 5.45pm as well as hosting a happy cafe. Our Friend in Residence is available throughout the retreat for connection and conversation. We have mindfulness courses happening during retreat weeks such as to support your well-being. Additionally, we’re happy to assist in organising wellness and healing therapies, as well as offering courses for you to participate in during your stay.
