A Spring Yoga Retreat with Melanie Davies
£399.00
Spring is a season of transformation—a time to awaken from the heaviness of winter and step into new beginnings with clarity, energy, and purpose. A Spring Yoga retreat will offer a rejuvenating experience that combines yoga practices, mindful activities, and a focus on seasonal self-care, all designed to awaken the senses and promote well-being. Over the weekend, this spring yoga retreat will explore asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditation/guided relaxation practices to provide an uplifting and restorative weekend. A chance to find a place of tranquility nestled within our busy, hectic lives.
About Course Leader Melanie Davies:
Melanie has been teaching for over 10 years, although she has practiced yoga for 25, and currently teaches 7 regular classes in Surrey and Kent. These range from hatha yoga, yin yoga with yoga nidra and chair yoga classes. Melanie qualified to teach with the British Wheel of Yoga on their 500 hour diploma course as well as their Chair Yoga qualification. Melanie aims to bring a gentle, encouraging energy to her classes, suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
Her classes focus on exploring steadiness and ease in the basic postures, while also incorporating breathwork and meditation practices to unite body and mind. She believes Hatha Yoga offers a multitude of benefits, from improved flexibility and strength to stress reduction and increased self-awareness. Yoga isn’t just a mat based practice but can give us the tools to support our physical and emotional selves in our everyday lives.
