Join us for what promises to be a beautiful day of connections and nurture whilst we celebrate the Spring with renewal and restoring rituals and practices. Our friends, Mel, Jo and Sarah are back by popular demand after their recent successful Healing Afternoon Tea events.

Start our gathering together over herbal tea’s and hello’s whilst we become present the moment and the peace of Claridge House
12:15 We will move into the lounge for a Welcome Circle, Guided Meditation then relax into our Sound Bath & Reiki experience. You’ll all receive a one to one Reiki Energy treat with me during the beautiful sound bath with the fabulous Jo.

To the dining room for a scrumptious Afternoon Tea style vegetarian lunch where we will nourish ourselves and replenish for the afternoon, courtesy of the fabulous Sarah and her wonderful cooking.

We will create either vision boards or learn to make a Daily Rainbow Journal, either way we shall craft joy and pleasure whilst chatting and sharing time together

Closing circle, things to take away, things to help grow and shared goodbyes.
This beautiful day includes all materials, lunch and we can cater for all dietary needs, making this a perfect escape from egg hunts and Easter Sales!
