Winter Wellness: Pilates for Calm & Relaxation
Before your calendar fills with seasonal plans, take a moment for yourself with a Winter Wellness Pilates morning. Through gentle mat-based Pilates, we’ll focus on grounding, mobility, and mindful movement. The session will finish with an extended deep relaxation, leaving you calm, restored, and ready for the season ahead.
All welcome and no prior experience needed.

Olivia is a Pilates teacher, lifestyle photographer, and your go-to for all things movement, balance, and self-care.
She’s passionate about helping you create space to move your body and live in a way that feels good.
Olivia’s Pilates sessions are all about tuning into your body and finding what works for you— whether you’re starting as a Pilates newbie or looking to refine your practice. Together, we’ll build strength, flexibility, and find balance. Expect to leave your session feeling energised, confident, and more connected to yourself.
