This Back4Good® inspired workshop focuses on gentle, effective exercises that improve spinal mobility, strengthen core stability, and feel ease through the hips and lower back. With a blend of mat and chair-based Pilates, you’ll leave feeling supported, lengthened, and more at ease in your body.
This class is accessible for all levels, with chair-based options provided for support.
9.50am arrival for a 10am start
