Pilates Workshop with Olivia
Join us for a gentle but strengthening session combining mat, chair and standing sequences with safe resistance-based Pilates. We’ll focus on posture, balance and joint mobility, and finish with a calming relaxation to support nervous system regulation, a really grounding way to end.
All welcome and no prior experience needed.
About Olivia:
Olivia is a Pilates teacher, lifestyle photographer, and your go-to for all things movement, balance, and self-care.
She’s passionate about helping you create space to move your body and live in a way that feels good.
Olivia’s Pilates sessions are all about tuning into your body and finding what works for you— whether you’re starting as a Pilates newbie or looking to refine your practice. Together, we’ll build strength, flexibility, and find balance. Expect to leave your session feeling energised, confident, and more connected to yourself.
A Rough Schedule for the Workshop:
9.30 – Participants arrive. Coffee Tea available
9.45 – Quiet time 15 minutes silence to arrive
10.00 – Short introductions of participants
Mindful Movement outside if possible
11.15 – Tea & Coffee with cake & biscuits
11.30 – Body relaxation – body scan
12.00 – Breath awareness practice
12.15 – Mind meditation – this can be walking meditation when possible/ guided meditation /
enquiry meditation
1.00 – Departures
Ask about the possibility adding a delicious Claridge House vegetarian lunch for £15.00.
B&B maybe available if you wish to stay overnight before or after your course.
