Start the new year by moving with intention. This uplifting mat-based Pilates workshop will help you find length and control, and reconnect with your breath and alignment. Using resistance bands, we’ll gently build strength, improve balance, and support spinal mobility, leaving you feeling refreshed, calm, and centred.
Suitable for participants comfortable with mat-based Pilates who can move up and down from the floor independently.

Olivia is a Pilates teacher, lifestyle photographer, and your go-to for all things movement, balance, and self-care.
She’s passionate about helping you create space to move your body and live in a way that feels good.
