Winter is nature’s sign to slow down, let go of brighter months and spend more time resting and reflecting. The cycles of the seasons can support us so much if we listen, feel and follow them rather than fight against them.
Mel has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for over 12. Mel is a BWY diploma trained yoga teacher & chair yoga teacher and has studied auyervedic practices, reiki, yin yoga, meditation, somatics and yoga nidra.
This winter yoga morning will give your body time to slow down.
Align with nature’s quiet, inward-turning cycle. This class will emphasise grounding, stillness, and deep rest. Includes gentle hatha and yin yoga, calming breathwork, and a long, supported yoga nidra.
No experience necessary. All welcome.
