It is recommended that you commit to all 3 of these workshops to fully benefit.
These workshops are for anyone interested in the potential of writing, especially free writing, to enable self reflection, exploration and self development around a variety of themes. No prior knowledge or experience of expressive writing or poetry is needed, just a willingness to write, explore, reflect and experiment in a supportive environment.
The workshop will begin at 10.15 and end at 4.30pm
About the Course Leader:
Sally Sugg will be facilitating these workshops. She is a retired therapist and Trainer, but an active mother and grandmother! In latter years she completed an MA in Creative Writing and Self Development. Her therapy practice was rooted in Psychosynthesis, which holds a spiritual dimension which permeates her life. Since retiring a few years ago Sally has become involved in a number of writing and poetry groups – following her deep interest in writing which has served her so well in finding her way through the joys and sorrows of life. It is important to note that this is not a Therapy group although the experience of writing may well be experienced as therapeutic and hopefully illuminating!
